At first, your arms are stretched up front, forcing them together as close as possible making your shoulders bent slightly towards each other. Then you swirl your right hand and pulse for 90 degrees, palms facing outwards and you shoot your arm through. The same is done with the left hand and pulse after which your shoulders and upper arms get a partially blocked feeling. Both hands and lower arms are fully strecthed outwards now and you bring them above your head simultaneously, some distance apart from eachother. You look up and stretch your neck out as far as possible as your lower your arms come down slowly as far as the elbows will allow it without pain.
You twist your head left and right, trying to catch a breathe in doing so, as you lower your arms till they reach shoulder height. You slightly bend forward, turning your back for some 30 degrees as you hold your breath to minimize the volume of your chest. The elbows, once they are released, are used in force to free your head and neck, allowing your back to come straight upwards and bending your hips slightly left and right while forcing your hands and palms down. The head is free, the chest and belly feel tightly pressed and you almost suffocate. The shoulders feel squeezed and you hardly think you can move.
......does anybody know a different way to put on a way TOO small T-shirt ??
This creation was done with a black ballpoint pen on a very thin piece of white cardboard, 3"x8". Please enjoy!
So happy with your cheers and story Lilikens!
Yes, I fell upon this funny story I wrote in 2008 and immediatly made a suitable drawing to go along with it!
Till next one!
Haha! I love the story and accompanied drawing. I can totally related to this! I have a very formal dress that I have worn to many fancy occasions. Well, jeans are a lot more forgiving when you lose or gain weight. Dress... no so much. Needless to say, my friend that was on the cruise with me had to spend about 20 minutes helping me get out of the thing at the end of the night. Haven't tried to wear it since (not that I have needed in with Covid!) the experience left me bruised in a few places, and quite traumatized.
Your story really made me smile Heather!
Must admit I would be too clumpsy myself to help a lady out of her dress! But I love the idea! 😊

Haha I love how she looks like she’s flipping off the offending shirt that is trying to murder her! This reminded me of when I got stuck in a shirt I was trying on in China town when I was a teen. The owner was clearly annoyed I was taking so long and I seriously thought I was going to have to purchase the shirt and then just cut myself out when I got home. Managed to get it off after 10 minutes of struggling. Shirt was intact...dignity was not.
